Tony Galzin

Chef/Owner of Nicky's Coal Fired

Eater "Chef of the Year" Winner
Livestreamed from Nashville, TN
$15

About the Host

A Chicago native, Chef Tony Galzin cut his teeth at several of the Windy City's most-lauded Michelin-starred restaurants, Naha and mk, and then in New York City at Perennial, before relocating to Nashville with his wife/business partner Caroline in 2013. Together they first opened Fifty First Kitchen & Bar and it became a Music City favorite practically overnight, with Eater Nashville going so far as to select Chef Galzin for its prestigious "Chef of the Year" Award. Having established themselves as one of Nashville's preeminent culinary couples, they opened Nicky’s Coal Fired in December 2016 and, unsurprisingly, Nicky's won Nashville Scene's "Restaurant of the Year" Award in 2017. Did we mention that Nicky's happens to boast the only coal-burning oven in Tennessee?
